As you were well-informed, a few days ago, the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, by majority, has adopted the new Law on Salaries. Although even before and almost continuing to be neglected, The Kosovo Civil Service officials, the Kosovo Civil Service Unions, with dignity, professional responsibility and maximum dedication, have fulfilled our duties and obligations in the relationship with the State, the citizens of the Republic and all other legal and physical subjects that have required our professional, human and official services and support.

Since we consistently and fully devoted to the service and function of advancing administrative, democratic and civil consolidation of our state and the Republic, we rightly consider that our commitment, dedication, thought and contribution to the condition and extremely difficult and complex circumstances would have to be remembered with meritability, to be appreciated, to be argued at least currently, so in the case of the preparedness and adoption of the overarched Law.

The clinical psychologist has 3.2, while the QPS psychologist has 2.15.
