BIKU returns membership money to the citizen from Vushtrria, explains what happened.

The Council of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, through a reaction to the media, has clarified how the case of Vushtria citizen Sabri Beqiri, who was forced to pay more than 400 euros for membership so that his mother could be buried with religious rituals, reports Periscope. BIKU explains [...]
BIKU explains that the membership issue is divided by burial expenses, which cover the municipality of Vushtrri for every citizen.
Regarding Beqiri, BIK has said that in the case of the payment, he has not stated that it is a camera case and that they have learned from journalism.
BIK even says that he had voluntarily gone there and had sought to pay for membership, since, as he had said, he had help from the Volznikllak.
The Islamic Community Council in Vushtrri has returned citizen's money today to citizen Sabri Beqiri. KBI has also formed an internal commission to see if there has been any concessions from KBI officials in this case and to prevent similar cases in the future”, it says among other things in their response:

Regarding the chronicle in RTK in the case of citizen Sabri Beqiri, the Islamic Community Council - KBI in Vushtrri announces opinion and citizens that:
No citizen in Vushtrri pays for burial expenses, and even more, the Islamic Community has never happened to reject any citizen's burial services for no pay, much less scathing cases.
The cost of burial rites for every citizen since January 2018 covers the Wushtrri Community, for which we are grateful as a community, and this measure has facilitated the lives of the citizens of Vushtrri.
We explain that membership is a matter separate from burial expenses. We are paid as our membership as funeral expenses in the world.
Moreover, citizen Sabri Beqiri is regularly assisted by KBI and the imams with monthly material and food aid. There is evidence of it, and they are accessible to everyone who cares.
Citizen Sabri Beqiri, on the case of payment, has not declared this to be a bad case. We like the KBI when we've learned from the journalist who made the chronic story of citizen Sabri Beqiri, we're surprised at the citizen's statement Sabri Beqiri that it's a bad case because he didn't declare it to the KBI official when he made the payment.
Citizen Sabri Beqiri has come to the Council and willingly in his pocket and has declared he wants to pay for unpaid membership, declaring that “this is the case and that I have the help of the Vlach”. He has not sought to be released, nor has he presented evidence that is a social case. Otherwise, KBI releases all scans from membership fees.
Wanting to maintain the sensitivity of the case as a scan and by wanting to keep the privacy of a scan of his family we've refrained from saying media but we've developed procedures to verify this case. The official of the Council where membership is paid is in the office, and there are no days when one case is a camera unless any evidence is presented by the citizen himself, and much more so when the same came cash to the KBI, and without any warning or request for release, he paid for membership.
The Council of the Islamic Community in Vushtrri has returned the civil membership money to citizen Sabri Beqiri today. KBI has also formed an internal commission to see if there have been any concessions from KBI officials in this case and to prevent similar cases in the future.
KBI in Vushtrri helps on a monthly basis of over 100 families in Vushtrri with food and material aid.
No family is left without flour and food, because these are provided by imams with the support of citizens from the black collection, and this practice has been implemented in the last 15 years.
KBI in Vushtrri constantly contributes to food aid and scavenging materials, but has also built 3 homes for scans and has provided valuable donations to the community as a health and home carehouse for children with special needs.
