Pacolli has said that the Law for Consumer Protection will be changed, and those who do not respect the law will be punished.

Selling energetic beverages in children should be prohibited by law and vendors who do not respect the law will be punished. For parents and children, education and awareness of the negative effects of this kind of drink in children's health are needed. And in the future, schools should offer food within school objects where children are served only wholesome food and drink.
This morning I shot at one of the major malls operating in the country until it was the long break of the first shift in the next elementary school. What I noticed were the food items they bought.
A group of 11-12-year-old boys held cans of energy they bought. One of them, who seemed to be younger, was waiting for the turn to pay. He held a liter and a half of energy drinks in his hand. This was a daily routine for the worker.
Several studies that have been conducted in recent years stress that over 80% of children in Kosovo consume energy beverages. While numerous studies by known institutes around the world identify the many negative and dangerous effects these drinks cause in the health of minors.
In Consumer Protection Law, Article 15 points 1. “Sales, service and donation of alcoholic beverages and tobacco, persons under eighteen years of age (18) ” We have to change this immediately to the next legislature. Energy drinks should be involved.
