Serbia is promised opening new chapters. We see that those who are rewarded are those who blackmail the EU with the report with Russia”, he has said.
According to President Thaci, when the talks began in 2012, one of the unwritten rules has been to condition the process, while the tax is now being used to condition the dialogue.
“How do we move forward? From experience in the process so far I want to mention two things. First, unity of the states of Quintus, which is key to moving forward with the process. And second, full co-ordination the US and EU, even though this co-ordination does not do much work when European Union countries don't tire of what the EU decides. Some of them, even cause much confusion in our states, both politicians and citizens”, have stressed President Thaci.
He has added that these are the conditions for restarting the process and for reaching the final agreement, until dialogue and final agreement, according to him, have no alternative for Balkan stability.
