(7 years ago)Snow has covered a large part of the Dragas municipality. Meteorologists have warned that low temperatures would engulf the country during the days following December. According to the director of the Kosovo Hydrometherological Institute, Sylle Tahirsylaj, in the second half of this month, temperatures will run to -20 degrees Celsius.
