The human rights group published a video of the moment of Gabishev's arrest, featuring many police and police cars at the scene. Alexei Pryanishkov, co-ordinator of this group, said he expected authorities to formally accuse Gabishev after the arrest.
Gabishev made his trip in March, lifting a cart carrying his personal belongings. He planned to arrive in Moscow in 2021, but was imprisoned in September near Lake Baykal in Siberia.
After his first imprisonment, he was sent to the psychiatrist for evaluation, but it was estimated to be safe.
Gabishev's extensive journey from his home to Moscow at a distance of 8 thousand miles [8,000 km] led to a group of followers joining in the road.
His statements to Putin got public attention, and led to opposition protests and different reports from pro-Kremlin televisions. /Periscope
