According to the indictment, defendant K.G., during 2015 to October 2016 in Prizren, in the quality of the Communist Assembly's chairman by exploiting office or official authority exceeds his official competence by misusing public wealth with the intention of benefiting any other legal persons TV “Besa” and TV “Opion”.
“The defendant K.G., without tender procedure, links contracts for broadcasting and retransmation of Community Assembly sessions in Prizren, with TV “Besa” with the date 08.01.2015 in many of the 250 euros for each session, while payments for these services were authorised during 2016 in many of the 1750 euro”.
Also, the same contract has been signed with TV “Opion” by the date 08.01.2015 in many of the 400 euros for broadcasting sessions of the Communist Assembly, while payments have been authorized during 2015 and 2016 in many of the 6700 euros. Total payment for these two televisions has reached a total of 8,450 euros in opposition to the Public Procure Law, the Law on Public Finance Management and Responsibilities, as well as the treasury regulation for spending public money”, the prosecution announced in Prizren.
