What really prevents the V coalition? V-LDK?

Vetevendosje and LDK have left even more with one another after the recent movements of two party leaders. But what is really hindering the government coalition between these two parties? Vetevendosje chairman announced the offer he had made to the Democratic League of Kosovo. [ The LDK] said his party had made many compromises.
And Mr. Mustafa, the head of the LDK, said “Vestevendosje had often violated the rules imposed” during negotiations on forming the government, writes Periscope.
The dispute between the VV and LDK is more complicated than it might seem at first sight. The LDK has called for the president's position after the end of Mr. Thaci, and this was offered by Mr. Kurti, except for the president's new name to get the approval of his party.
The division of ministries is also no problem among parties. Vetevendosje and LDK will have 5 ministries, reflecting the outcome of the 6 October elections.
But, problematic is the interior affairs ministry, targeted by both parties. Being one of the government's most important ministries, this ministry is required by the LDK to maintain the balance of power, since the VV has taken over the justice ministry. Vetevendosje requires this position on the other side, so that it will have full strength as a party in the country's security sector.
Disagreement among parties is very small and has to do with changing positions. Vetevendosje has publicly agreed that the LDK will assume the position of Interior Minister, but at the request of the latter for the president's position, the VV wants to take this minister into its own hands.
However, neither political parties are willing to break up the so-called agreements between them on this position. The question is quite simple: Who will give up the first?
Periscope was the only newspaper that had reported correctly saying that the whole dramatic failure yesterday was actually cheating. The agreement between these two parties is very close to taking place, and it has already been warned that the constitutional session will also be appointed the new chairman of the Assembly. /Periscope
