Part of this exhibition, in addition to many citizens and artmen, was Italian Ambassador to Kosovo Piero Cristoforo Sardi himself.
He described this photo exhibition as a good step and a positive evolution that has occurred during these 20 years in Kosovo.
I'd like to focus on the sense that we've encountered in this exhibition. First, this exhibition gives us proof of the difference between the time the photos were made. It is impressive because of evolution, which has occurred in Kosovo in these 20 years. Take this as encouraging, for years to come. And the second bloody conflict that has occurred in the 90s has affected all communities in Kosovo”, he said.
The author of the exhibition, Italian photographer Ricardo Venturi, said the main purpose of these photos is to present the situation as it was in Kosovo in wartime, and now to travel young people and citizens 20 years later.
The purpose of this exhibition is that I, as a journalist, covered the Kosovo war in 1998-99, came as a journalist, but at the same time photographed situations, children to present the situation in Kosovo. While 20 years later, he organised this exhibition, the first market-making situation in Kosovo, and how I saw it as a journalist. While the second is several other artistic photos that will present the journey of these people and Kosovo as seeing the Kosovo youth” situation, he said.
