Suspect F. H. from the village of Copilic of the Pristina municipality on the 19th.08.2019 around 14:30, using force, opened the door of a residence at a residential complex in Istog, where he stole gold ornaments worth over 2,000. The investigator has taken all necessary action, and after a time he has been able to identify and arrest the suspect who during the interview has admitted to doing the hard theft work. The challenge to the full investigation of this case for the Police is that the competent bodies of the APK, such as the APK Inspectorate, but other bodies have been reported by SP Istog for allegedly misusing the official task of one or more PACE official, but until we are reporting we have no report, return information or concrete co-operation on the ground by the APK Inspectorate. While communicating with prosecutors in all forms of communication, we have suggested that on the basis of the prosecutor's assessment, the Specialised PK Teams should also be engaged, but we are awaiting possible response from the Prosecutor regarding the case.
