“The LDK does not set dates. The dates are assigned to the subject that appears first in the elections, the one who receives the mandate for forming the”, he wrote.
Except Mustafa has said the winning party is obliged to form institutions and that the LDK has not blocked the constitution.
“is the obligation of the election winner to avoid delays and eliminate obstacles to institutional formation. We did our job, we unblocked the process, despite having no agreement, and no notice that the VV will proceed with Parliament Speaker”, he wrote.
His complete scripture:
Dear citizens,
The Democratic League of Kosovo is committed to co-governance agreements with LVV on the basis of the October 6th election results, certified by the CEC.
The LVV has emerged from these elections as a relative winner with 29 deputies and LDK, the second party, with 28 deputies. There is no absolute winner from the election, which gives or is genetic to the other side, but we have a situation where responsibility is shared among those who aim to become partners in future governance. So the VV has to give up the discours for giving something to the LDK. It can also establish the government if they have citizens' votes and mandates to do so.
The LDK has not requested charity, but we have offered readiness to serve the citizen in full partnership, in proportion to the mandates in the Assembly.
The LDK does not set dates. The dates are assigned to the subject that appears first in the elections, the one who receives the mandate for forming the government. But, the LDK insists that as soon as we have formed institutions, and that does not mean that the LDK will necessarily become part of the government.
It is up to the election winner to avoid delays and eliminate obstacles to institution formation. We did our job, we unblocked the process, despite having no agreement, and no notice that the VV will proceed with the Speaker of the Parliament.
For the sake of truth, The LDK, not that it has refused, has estimated it should meet the Chief Parliamentary with the deal.
The mandate's appointment, taking the manna for prime minister and finding the solution to government formation at this stage is the obligation of the subject that ranks first in the election. IM
