Former Minister of Administration and Power Local (MAPL) Ivan Todosijevic has been sentenced to two years in prison, after being convicted of statements he had made about Albanians and the Recak massacre.
In this regard, he was accused of criminal work “inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic patience”.
The indictment against him was announced Thursday by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, reports “The Justice Vow”.
According to the chairman of the court, Musa Congeel, the execution of the prison sentence, will take place after the court becomes all-powerful.
He is obliged on behalf of spending to pay the 50-euro judicial paushal and on behalf of the other 50 euro victims' fund, which will be paid in 30 days after the act becomes of formal form.
