LVVV's LDK say agreement to be reached over the week

Today, the census of new deputies in the 7th Parliament of the Kosovo Assembly has begun. During the LDK and LVV parliamentary day, there have been opportunities to register as deputy to the Parliament administration, and the same have expressed optimism that the ruling coalition agreement between them will be reached this week. [...]
Haxhi Avdyli from the Democratic League of Kosovo, which will also be an MP for a mandate, said that in constitutional terms, within 30 days the Kosovo Assembly will be dedicated.
This is where we're entering a new phase of the constitution. And I believe in constitutional terms within 30 days of the date of the certificate of results, and this time is just counting. Somewhere by the end of this month, we will have the constitutional Convention and we will start with the jobs Kosovo citizens have delegated to us,”, he said.
In addition, Avdyli said delays after this time are unnecessary, he voiced optimism that the agreement with the Vetevendosje Movement will be reached.
I am very optimistic that the coalition will be made because we have no choice. We've been entrusted with this relationship, not being trusted to block each other, and I believe that in due time, the long-awaited coalition” will be reached, Avdyli added.
Optimistic that this ruling coalition agreement will be reached between the two parties that have received the most votes in the 6 October elections, hekuran Murati is also being expressed by the Vetevendosje Movement. Murati, who will be the first Kosovo Assembly MP, said this coalition will be reached this week.
“It is not known for any meeting, however, that this is in the discretion of the two party leaders, but I am hoping and optimistic that we will have a coalition this week, and we will start with things as soon as possible... it is in the president's discretion to call the Constituent session that could be legally extended or under the Constitution by December 26th, if not called by then we can gather itself<1>, Murati stated.
However, this agreement is being seen with scepticism by Constitutional Law Professor Mazum Baraliu. He says the chances of the country going to elections are great.
“If the 30-day deadline is passed for the non-constitution of the Parliament and the next deadline even if the constitution is made, but there is no Government within 60 days, then the president of the country has reason to declare new elections, and to go into early elections which cannot be made at least 45 days ago, and which means we enter the winter, into a hibernation, into a political pit, which is not known to be a maze, but the result could have to say, Barulal says.
Otherwise, there are 120 new deputies who will be registered by the Parliament's administration, while very soon it is expected to be called Constituent sessions where they will be sworn in.
The constitutional session, until the election of chairman and vice president, will be headed by the oldest MP, assisted by the youngest deputy, according to age.
