35 complaints by the union and by complaining groups sent to the ombudsman had sent this Law to the highest judicial institution in the country.
And a decision by the latter is not known when it will become public.
So has Veton Dula, director of the Bureau for Information at the Constitutional Court, announced.
He has also added that court does not have a deadline for decision-making
With regard to the timetable for reviewing this subject, based on constitutional and legal norms in force, the Court does not have any set deadline for decision-making”, Dula added.
And the connoisseur of the Constitution, Mazum Baraliu, has said of the army.
According to him, politics has different preferences for this law.
I don't believe in any way the verdict will be made public before New Year's Eve, nor after the holiday, but it seems that the ambitions and political interference of various pro or against going or stopping that Law. It's a court case when you make your decision, but not so fast, he added.
Baraliu has also said the Law will be implemented from December 1st until the court's ruling.
It is important that the Law will be implemented by December 1st in addition to those provisions that the ombudsman has singled out as dictatorship, and the Court subsequently with a temporary measure if it takes it will set them apart below”, he added.
And that the Public Sector in Kosovo will receive increased salaries since December the kayak, also disclosed by the Ministry of Finance.
That's how Muharrem Shahini, an information officer at the Ministry, has made it known.
He has also added that this Law is in force until a decision is made by the Constitutional Court.
“For implementation of the Law on Salaries has been made preparations to start implementation in December. Financial means are in the budget, the amount of salaries and budgeted is more than enough to cover this financial cost. If the Law on Salaries is delivered to the Constitutional Court, then until the verdict is made by this court the current law is in force and does not prevent its implementation by the Ministry of Finance”, it has told Muharrem Shahini, a finance ministry official
According to the Ombudsman, the Law for the Salat in the Public Sector and Addixa one (1) of this law has failed to maintain the constitutional spirit in the sense of separation of powers, pre-law equality, or guaranteeing property rights. Furthermore, the ombudsman considers that this law is out of harmony with the principles of rule of law because of shortcomings in the sense of its clarity, accuracy, and predictability.
