National Social Democrat Initiative Council Chairman Jakup Krasniqi said this party has no serious offer to become part of the coalition.
Krasniqi has declared that they are scheduled to be part of the Assembly, as part of the opposition.
He had criticism of the CEC over election management.
“The Sovereign has done his job best, but what seems to have been the administration of these elections has not been the best possible, and then the conviction was created that the Initiative is entering the Assembly, that with a wrong decision of the CEC which gave it the results for MPs who actually certified would have to be made after they shut down all the demands and complaints that exist in the event of election results, and on the basis of some parties thought that the Initiative was not entering the country and had no interest of the parties who thought they were making except for some parties to communicate with the initiative in this case, that we did not have any serious coalition bids. We are designated as initiatives to be part of the Assembly, but the opposition part of the” Assembly, Krasniqi told Online Economy.
Although it says that the VV and LDK are the two biggest parties that won the election, according to the former head parliament, this in the democratic world does not happen that the two winning parties that come first form Government.
Krasniqi said that in parliamentary democracy coalitions do not take place between the two largest parties, but become among the largest party to have won the elections and the second, third or fourth party.
“The VV and LDK are the two largest parties to have emerged from elections, we can say they are the winning parties of the October 6th of 2019 elections, usually in the democratic world, in parliamentary democracies the coalitions do not take place between the two largest parties, but become among the largest party to have won the elections, and the third or fourth party, but not with the second, usually the second party is the opposition. However, at this level because of the up-to-date communication it is almost impossible for the coalition to take place between the first party and the third party or others, so it is the orientation to take place between the two major winning parties, they have some obstacles, to be viewed realistically after a week of the ratification of these elections, the agreement on governance” said Krasniqi for Online Economy.
He has indicated that under the Constitution the first party to win in the election belongs to the Speaker of the Parliament, meanwhile, the prime minister's position said it is not always defined because there have been cases when another party in the coalition with the winning party has taken that position.
“According to the Constitution, the party that comes first in the elections also concerns the issue of the Speaker of the Parliament, and the prime minister's case is not always determined to meet the first party for the fact that we have had cases when the first party did not have the prime minister, had a party that entered the coalition with him, yet the prime minister's case was also being viewed with the first constitution of the proposal given to the party that has emerged by the largest election. In these cases, an agreement is needed between parties making the coalition”.
As for the meeting of Vetevendosje member Jalal Sveqla with So-called Office for Kosovo Director in Serbia's Government Marko Djuric, said the picture should not be heard, but the talks and results of the meeting.
