Kosovo Football Federation goes to elections, here's Sports Ministry clarification

Following the request of FFK Secretary General Erroll Salih and delegates, The MKRS has detailed and found out that Article 3 of the 39th article of the NFF statute has been violated, writes Indercsonline.

In a letter to delegates at the NK Assembly and Secretariat, the ministry provides the necessary clarifications to the situation.

The MKRS legal department on the basis of their competencies has encountered violations of the statute when President Agim Ademi is elected, respectively, Article 3 of 39 has been violated.

Only FFK members can propose the candidate for NFF chairmanship. The proposor must protocol the proposal to the FFK Secretary General, written in form and deposit at least 15 signatures of the RAK Assembly's legitimate delegates, with the necessary data, at least two months before the date of the establishment of the regular election Assembly. The work program must also be presented. The general secretariat must notify the candidates for the head of the FFK, at least a month before the establishment of the” Parliament, it is said at this point in the statute where the violation is confirmed.
