Jark was not arrested by Special, that's the real reason

According to Kosovo Police confirmation, Zharku was arrested for two criminal acts he allegedly committed in 2010.

Police spokesman Bucky Kelani has told Periscope that Zharku is suspected of two 2010 criminal acts taking place in Kacanik.
