Rama said Emmanuel Macron had offered Haradinaj to suspend the tax for four months, and that for this period of time it would be committed to having Kosovo removed the visa regime.
According to Rama if Haradinaj had accepted such an offer, then Kosovars today would move without visas.

And that's what he talked about today in a media release. Haradinaj has said that since Kosovars are feeling so much for Edi Rama, then let me first remove the national road tax itself, writes the Express newspaper.
Haradinaj before the media has also spoken of the Minkengen initiative, saying Rama and Vucic through such initiative are trying to lift Kosovo's tax on Serbian products.
The AAKA chief has also spoken of the fact that LVV and LDK are failing to find consensus to reach a co-operation agreement.
According to him, the main responsibility for creating the majority government belongs to Albin Kurti, and says he is not understanding why Kosovo still does not have a government.
