Haradinaj: Kurt's a con man, he's got his partner out before he's done.

Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, says that if the proposal and the chairman of the Parliament yesterday by the Vetevendosje Movement has been made without preliminary agreement with the Democratic League of Kosovo, it tells of Albin Kurti's fraud.

According to Haradinaj, a partner should not be placed before the act committed and then sought support.

Granted, trust is something that is built up, I have not expressed confidence in Mr. Kurti that I have said he is a fraud, and I have said that it will prove to be a matter of disappointment for the citizens of the country, that it's not because citizens deserve success and the country deserves success, I didn't have such faith in Mr. Kurti, now if what happened yesterday is a matter of no agreement, it's about the fraud I've once talked about, Haradinaj says.

Now, Haradinaj says it is hard to prejudge how the process will run, but it says that now real opportunities are also for new elections, unless the establishment of institutions is achieved.

According to Haradinaj, the country cannot stay in this situation without epilogue for a long time.

As long as the constitution calls it a success for the country, Haradinaj adds that if it has been done without preliminary agreement it is the wrong move because it fails to make the next steps about creating the government.

He says that if partners want to establish institutions then there should be reconciliation between them, and if one takes action as one alone then it can't continue the joint work.
