The report, entitled “Dations related to drugs in Canada”, published this week, public health agency in the largest state of North America, highlights the extent of this disturbing crisis in terms of the use of narcotic substances by the population.

The crisis of drug overdose is continuing to destroy many Canadians, families and their communities in all parts of the country”, Dr. Sakib Shahab, in a joint statement by the authors of this report.

The drugs that have caused the most of this crisis are believed to be phantanyli, powerful synthetic drugs, which often mix with heroin to strengthen its effect.

Although few regions in Canada are left unhindered by this crisis, the worst situation is in the western part, more precisely in the British Columbia region. The number of 22 deaths for every 100,000 people is suspicion higher than the average national figure. In second place is the Alberta region of 16 deaths for every 100,000 inhabitants due to overdose.

The Liberal Party, which is currently in power, has promised that it will increase funds for fighting this crisis, saying that for resolving this problem it will allocate $100m to Canadians, writes “The Guardian”, Report Express broadcast.
