In Berlin, Thaci will be the main panelist at the conference organised by the East-West Institute.
This year, this conference will talk about dialogue in the Western Balkans, where the one between Kosovo and Serbia will take top place, since the two states now and several months are not meeting to continue the dialogue, which was determining for Euro-Atlantic integration.
According to the agenda of this conference, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci will tomorrow be on a panel with former German Ambassador Wolfgang Ischinger, with former EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Catherine Ashton and former American Ambassador Frank Wiesner.
The agenda reportedly will discuss the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia on this panel.
Three international criminals are good connoisseurs of Kosovo, and some were also part of the negotiations in Vienna 2006-2007, until Ashton reached the 2013 agreement.
The dialogue process still remains blocked, due to Serbia's aggressive agenda against Kosovo in the international arena and Kosovo tax on Serbian products.
Senior representatives of the United States, the European Union and the Western Balkans will also attend this conference.
