This morning, his apartment has been found dead, Agron Matjan, former founder of the Constitutional Prosecution in Gjakova.
He allegedly committed suicide, while learning that his wife found him without life in the bathroom of his apartment.
He was found dead in his apartment, former prosecutor Agron Matyan. The lifeless body of Matjan was found by the family on Thursday morning, who even notified the police.
The deceased's family did not want to be promoted in front of the cameras, but on condition of anonymity they told him RTV Dukagjin that his wife has found the deceased without signs of life in the bathroom tub. They say Agron has cut his feet.
In the details provided by police, however, the case is said to have been announced Wednesday morning.
“Around 9 and 30 minutes it was reported by the victim's family that the person on your part was found dead at his residence in Prizren”, said the report.
Even the basic prosecution in Prizren by means of a communique described it as suspicious deaths.
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, announces the opinion that today around 9:30 the person with the initials A. M, former prosecutor was found dead in his apartment in Prizren after reporting by his family members. As soon as she gets the news, the caretaker prosecutor, along with the relevant police units, has been released on the scene, and the case has been initiated as the alleged “death”, the Constitutional Prosecutor's announcement in Prizren said.
To Agron Matjan, who was also the prosecutor of the fundamental prosecution in Gjakova, Kosovo's Special Prosecutor had filed charges for criminal acts of corruption.
He was accused of misusing the prosecutor's position on two occasions in which he had eased the charges against the defendants.
