He has declared this is happening because the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo have no trust among themselves to form the country's next government.
Hoxhaj said about “The new age” that belongs to VVė and LDK's to form institutions, as they are publicly declared before citizens for such a thing.
He has estimated that in the past 20 years, Kosovo has been damaged by government with short term.
Hoxhaj has said the country should not go to new elections again.
“I don't think that on October 6th citizens have come to the polls to hold early elections again”, it has indicated.
“Citizens expect to have new institutions and not buy time”, Hoxhaj has said.
