In terms of deadlines for prime minister, speaks political and Constitutional circumstances connoisseur Mazum Baraliu.
According to Baraliu, the 95th Article of the Constitution has been envisioning since Albin Kurti is mandated by the president for prime minister, the first 15-day term for forming the government comes. If there is no vote for that, there is another 10-day deadline, and if not afterwards, the president announces new elections within 40 days.
But the next article, that 85, for Baraliu, envisions that the prime minister's mandate for prime minister, from the day it is mandated has about 60 days to form the government and, after that, again, declare new elections.
Besides those provisions that are not allowed to offer the second party mandated, it is a 2014 decision by the Constitutional Court, allowing the second and third parties to offer their candidate for prime minister after the first party's failure.

Regarding President Thaci's current invitation for prime ministerial candidate, Albin Kurti, Baraliu, seeking answers to this advisory invitation, says there is no more priority task of the winning party than to respond to constitutional requirements and obligations.
