The protest is organised by the Student Club of the Faculty of Justice in Belgrade.
Today (27 December), ahead of the Montenegrin Embassy in Belgrade was also organised a rally against the Religious Freedom Law, organised by the opposition Dveri movement led by Bosko Obradovic.
The MP, Obradovic, physically clashed with MPs in office in Serbia's parliament after the session entered with a banner in his hands to protest the fact that Serbia has not reacted to adopting this law.
Montenegro's Parliament has adopted a bill for religious communities, which has been rejected by the pro-Serbian opposition, raising concern that this document could lift the Serbian Orthodox Church's right to ownership of property it manages.
During Thursday, hundreds of supporters of the pro-Serbian opposition have taken to the streets of the capital, Podgorica, to oppose the bill.
The Serbian Orthodox Church claims the law will take over the property, including monasteries and churches, so it plans to file complaints to international organisations.
Montenegrin officials have denied the assumption that the church would lose its property.
