High Police Officer Andrew Perkins, said pedophiles have changed child abuse tactics from tourism to internet abuse. He says children are acting according to customer requirements.

This includes performing sexual acts through payment transmission. The use of children online is one of the most alarming forms of human trafficking in the Philippines”, Perkins said.

The state of the time zone similar to Australia has become the chief target of pedophiles. They're finding victims in poor families who need money for survival. All they need is the internet and a camera.

Perkins says Australian pedophiles pay between $15 and $500, depending on some factors, including the age of victims, their number, the number of viewers, and the nature of abuse.

After close co-operation between the Australian and Filipino police, several are expected to be arrested, writes the Guardian”, Report Express broadcast.
