Agim Ademi's 4-year term officialised at NFFK

MAP has been opposed to the Ministry of Culture's legal interpretation, Youth and Sports, writing in their legal opinion that Agim Ademi was elected in 2018 as the legitimate chairman of FFKA with a four-year term.

The MAP documents confirm that Adam's election has been made in a fair way and that all the Statut provisions have been completed.

The entire procedure conducted and results in the observance of the station's provisions for the organisation and maintenance of this assembly. The authorised representative, NKC, has been elected to four-year terms, just as envisioned at Article 39 of the Statut, by NGK Assembly delegates”, is said to be among the others on paper.

Otherwise, FFK's activity is registered to the Ministry of Public Management, and the latter has the final word on administrative issues such as assembly and NGO elections.
