The Chicago Police Department confirmed Sunday that 13 people were shot, with the incident taking place at three different locations. So far there is no record of fatalities, writes The Guardian, following Periscope.
Four of the victims are in serious condition, while the others are in stable condition. Their age ranges from 16 to 48.
