The Independent Trade Union of “Ferronkelit” has made the decision Tuesday (12.11.2019) to be held strike at the workplace, because “Ferronikit” management ignored the wage raise requirement from 100 euros for all employees. Itftach Ben Schlomo: The strike is illegal, contrary to Article 7 of the Greece Law, no exemptions.
“Ferronkel manager” sent him a letter Ferronikli's SP, with which it has deemed the strike illegal, and it has informed them of the consequences workers may have. According to the official letter, neither evacuations are excluded, given the damage it can do to the company from holding “an illegal strike”.
