The certificate of final results of the 6 October 2019 parliamentary elections was made. Central Election Commission announced the V Movement The winning subject, the first subject, with 221,001 votes, and the largest parliamentary group in the Parliament in the 7th legislature.
We thank all voters for our trust, expressed on October 6th. Gratitude to commissioners and observers engaged in this election process, counting and recounting that took so long, as well as to activists and volunteers who helped throughout the campaign and thereafter.
Our parliamentary group will be the largest, with 30 deputies. 29 of them come from the Movement's list, 1 from the IRDK that has recently joined us.
In our parliamentary group, there will be 10 deputies who have won all their mandate without the help of gender quotas, and this is the first time that happens so with a parliamentary group in Kosovo.
These elections have been characterised by candidates' races for prime ministers, as never before. Albin Kurti won this race. Even for the second time. In 2017 Albin Kurti has received 143,621 votes, while this time it has been voted by 183,952 people, becoming the most voted political representative in Kosovo since the application of the open-listed electoral system started.
The next government of LVV and LDK already has the necessary majority in Kosovo's parliament. Monday morning should find us with the ruling coalition's agreement.
The people of Kosovo are waiting for us to start working.
