I'm going to the guy in France. I live in Durres. The house had minor injuries, but we're very deeply hit”, says one citizen.
We're leaving the earthquake. We have four sleepless days”, says another for A2news.
I live here, but I'm from Russia. I have a husband here. Now I'm traveling to Moscow after we all got scared. We'll stay there until we calm down. Maybe we'll be back before New Year's, says a Russian citizen.
However, there are not only Albanians leaving. Many go down to Tirana. Phone calls to concerned family members and images of Albania's quaked images have led many of those away to come to find themselves near relatives.
I come here because I have one of my kids here and my parents. They live in the air. I'll stay with them”, says a citizen.
The quake has also found many foreigners in Albania. Someone rushed away... “I came here for work, but after the earthquake, I decided to leave today, even though I had planned the return for Monday (301).
Others invite the country... I was in Tirana when the earthquake struck. Citizens must stay in Albania, not leave the country. It's not good”, says a foreign citizen.
