A total of 193 sovereign states, which are members of the United Nations, now their number who recognise Kosovo's independence is 93, while 95 countries oppose independence and 5 are not declared. In the past 10 days, this is the second country, which has drawn recognition of Kosovo's independence. So on November 11th it was published that Ghana<x1 was doing it, writes Novosti.
The republic, which is the smallest republic in the world with a surface area of 21.3 square kilometers, was one of the first states to have recognised Kosovo's independence in April 2008.
