Joint Reaction by the United Education and Culture Union - SASK,
Federation of Kosovo Health Unions - FSHK as well
Kosovo Police Union - SPK
After meeting with the ombudsman, Mr. Hilmi Yasar,
We announce the vast opinion of the Republic of Kosovo that the presidents of the three SBASK, FSSHK and SPK unions have held a meeting with the ombudsman, this meeting has been carried out in order to clear the situation about the Gentile Law.
Not wanting to influence the work of the ombudsman, we have suggested that if December's pay doesn't date the new Law then the consequences are unpredictable, which we don't want.
So once again, for the general public opinion, we are reminding them that if this law doesn't go into effect it's at least about 600,000 employees in the public sector and you can imagine what effect it will have on their family economies.
With respect,
Nexharman Jasharaj-Sindition United Education, Science and Culture
