They warned that they would continue with further protests and learning boycotts until their demands are met.
Council of Students of Education Faculty Chairman Shkodran Murturi said student rights would protect them at any cost and would not be withdrawn until they are realised.
He said they have filed a written complaint with Education Minister Shyqi and have held meetings, but have not found common language on the issue.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has decided on sharing of scholarships for the Veterinary School of Agriculture, FSMN, General Medicine, Pharmac and Stomatology, Technical Faculty and Applied Science.
