Pristina municipality shows why capital decoration has started two months earlier

The Pristina municipality has started decorating the city last Friday, following criticism it has received in past years for delaying the city's decoration for holiday holidays.

But in Pristina municipality, they say the launch of the capital's decoration has nothing to do with it, but that it is a matter of the contracting company.

Miranda Mulafazliu spokeswoman for the Pristina municipality has told Periscopi that the capital's decoration of holiday season has already begun and that this has been done in order for the contracting company to complete the works on time.
