The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) had made a decision not to accept 4 thousand and 539 diaspora ballot.
But after a complaint the Vetevendosje Movement made in the Supreme Court against the PZAP decision, those votes were accepted and put into the final outcome.
Anti-accession of these votes had also been declared by LDK and PDK officials in the CEC.
There was also the Social Democrat Initiative, which is continuing today the battle for those votes to be excluded from the final outcome.
Indexline has managed to secure coalition complaint NISMA-AKR-PD, which has surrendered to the Constitutional Court and opposes the Supreme decision.
The complaint, which is seen as being well argued, will be handled by constitutional judges but is not known when the decision will be made.
