With this PZAP decision, the Vetevendosje Movement loses 3 deputies, while these MPs will be replaced with those of the Initiative, which passes the election threshold and enters the Assembly with 6 deputies.
Adnan Rrustemi, a member of the CEC from VV ranks, said their three candidates (Evert Haliti, Arta Bayralia and Alban Hyseni), who after the confirmation of elections by the Central Election Commission had been verified as parliamentary deputies, would defend the mandates and reject PZAP shopping.
“Only bargaining The PZAP became the decision, and their decision will remain only a financially inconsistent decision. Insured that these decisions are political in essence and in shape, our three candidates, declared by the CEC as deputies of the Movement's winning list, have filed complaints with the Supreme Court”, wrote Facebook root.
But, Vetevendosje Movement once called “illegal”, votes coming from Serbia to Kosovo through Serbia's liaison office, not by mail as the law envisions.
That is how they respond on October 13 of this year.
They had also said that these votes should be refused.
