According to information contained by KTV, Z-Mobile on October 22nd submitted the co-operation disruption indictment.
Z-Mobile had warned in July this year that he would send Kosovo's Telekom to arbitration, as it had not continued the contract in the argument that Z-Mobile had not accepted the conditions for the new contract.
The continuation of this contract has benefited Telekom, Kosovo consumers and the development of a quality and competitive market. Telekom, acting contrary to the trust obligation, has developed a public campaign for the devalving of commercial co-operation with Z Mobile, which we have not expected. However, we believe that these Telekom actions do not benefit either Telekom or the telecommunication market in Kosovo”, it had declared “Z-Mobile”.
In such a situation, “Z Mobile” had said that, “being placed before the act committed due to the partner's non-co-operation, there is little choice but to follow legal ways, not excluding the initiative of arbitration procedure on Telekom”.
