Today, the command change ceremony has been held between KFOR's outgoing commander, General Lorenzo D'Addario and the incoming commander of KFOR, Major General Michele Ries.
Outgoing Commander Giovanni Fugo has said days before the security situation in Kosovo is good, but according to him, KFOR's presence in Kosovo does not connect with any time period.
