The Social Democrat Initiative has indicated that during today it will file complaints to relevant institutions concerning the October 6th national elections, whose final results according to the CEC leave this party outside the Kosovo Assembly.
Chief of Election Staff of the Social Democrat Initiative Andrew Shala at a media conference said the CEC announced fabricated and produced results from itself, and did not announce the regular results and will of Kosovo citizens.
“Today, the CEC did not announce results with fair but fabricated votes, produced by itself”, Shala said.
He said NISMA Social Democrat has passed the 5 per cent threshold and will exploit any legal opportunity for complaint.
Shala also had three packages to which he felt they had the necessary documentation to be handed over to the institutions as evidence.
According to the final results announced today by the CEC, the Social Democrat Initiative, which in the 6 October elections was in coalition with the AKR, has remained outside the election threshold, reaching 4.984 per cent of the vote.
