The IKD has found that over the past 3 years over 170 thousand subjects in all [...] have been signed.
The Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD), with the support of the US State Department ʹthe Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Implementation Issues (INL) and NED, has published the report: “The legitimate amnesty of millions of counter-inventions”.
The IKD has found that over 170 thousand subjects in all domestic courts have been signed in the last 3 years. While the state budget turns out it has been damaged by over 2m euros.
Betim Musliu of the IKD said that counter-invention treatment should be done effectively so that opportunities can be avoided for these materials to be submitted. According to him, practice shows that such cases are not handled and resolved over time.
