He has made these statements in context of the 6 October elections that have yet to be completed. But for delays he has said it is not to blame The CEC, PZAPA, but political parties.
Such self-excusing statements are often made by Haradinaj. During an interview in Albania, Haradinaj had said leaders in Kosovo and Albania steal their countries.
