Epic: CEC made a serious mistake in results, changes everything

The Central Election Commission a few days ago published the final results of the October 6th snap elections. According to percentages given, coalition Initiative - The AKR had failed to pass the threshold. All political parties, as they can see on the CEC's Web site, come up with the same percentage in the Assembly, which they had even when she got out with nonparliamentary parties, writes Periscope.
But such a percentage thus affects the number of MPs that can receive Albanian political parties.
Minority communities have reserved 20 seats in the Assembly under the Constitution, even though they achieved only 11 by vote of citizens. Meanwhile, the other 100 seats must be separated from the five parties/coalizations that managed to board the threshold.
But, the percentage of Albanian political parties should be drawn from the new number of electors only for parliamentary political parties, which the CEC has not done.
If we take into account PZAP's decision on Serbian votes, it turns out that the percentages of political parties have increased as follows:
VV 26,65%
LDK 24,91%
PDK 21.56%
AAKpsd 11.69%
Initiative AKR 5,09%
According to these percentages, Vetevendosje does not lose three deputies, but only two, as much as the LDK does. Meanwhile, the AAK and the PDK lose it by an MP who had it with the final results of October 6th. /Periscopi
