Donald Tusk declares war against populist and autism

The former Polish prime minister is the only candidate for the leadership of the PEP, the largest party in the European Parliament, even though the last May elections showed a decline in the two main traditional parties, PEPs and Social Democrats, against Liberals, Greens or the far right, and populists.
