And at the CEC meeting, President Valdete Daka said the Supreme Court's decision must be implemented and that the count of these votes starts as soon as possible.
While, Valmir Elez, spokesman from the CEC, for Periscopi, said they believe today they will end up verifying votes from the diaspora.
