Acting Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has stressed that the meeting is held at the request of Finance Minister Bedri Hamza.
Even though the Assembly is distributed, where the state budget is sent for approval.
The meeting has been called for re-regulation and relocation of tools, which is a legal obligation at the end of the year to enable the functioning of all sectors.
