Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) tells Periscope that the government Haradinaj has built standard for decision-making not to be based on law and there is disregard for procedures.

Miftaraj has listed several characteristics of this governance, such as party employment, cooling reports with the European Union and the United States of America, blocking dialogue and other issues.
