AKP board meeting

The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency held its regular meeting, where it discussed and made important decisions on the privatisation and liquidation process of social companies in line with its legal mandate.

At this meeting the Board of Directors was informed about the issues related to the audit. as well as recent AKP activities developments. The board approved the proposal for approval of the Commission's report on the sale of Social Enterprise-owned residences.

In addition, the Board approved the draft guideline for the prevention and selection of the Conflict of Interest, as well as the review of the results of offering from asset rental (Licquidiation and Pirivotisation) by public declaration.

Also at this meeting, the Board of Directors approved 20% distribution lists for workers of the Renaissance company and the cooperative company Zivko Vasic. The board also approved the proposal of the Balkan Suhareka (in liquidation) Association Authority for approval of the NSH's Interim Distribution Report.
