AKI Director Shpend Maximu Surrenders

The director of AKI, Shpend Maxun, has resigned from this agency. The director of AKI, Shpend Maxun, has resigned from this agency.
The incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has suggested this:
I have accepted the resignation of the Director of AKI, Mr. Shpend Maxhu, from his post at the helm of Kosovo Intelligence.
Maxhun I thanked him for the professional cooperation so far in protecting the security of our country and our people.
For his contribution to state and institutional obligations, Mr. Maxhun with Skenderbeu Medal, with motivation for professionalism and loyalty in service to the homeland.
During this mandate, the Government of Kosovo has engaged in non-stopping the rule and law strengthening in the country and security institutions. In this commitment, Mr. Maxhuni was of special importance and today, AKI is one of the most professional and creditable institutions in the country and beyond.
