23 arrested in operation against smuggling of artifacts

The artifacts came from the southern Italian region of Calabria. Two Calabres from the province of Crootne were at the helm of the criminal network, mediated in France, Germany, Britain and Serbia.
“Police forces from all countries involved helped break up the” network, Culture Minister Dario Franceschini stressed, thanking all those who helped in the investigation.
